1998 Rosebery Hill Cabernets Merlot
A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Cabernet Franc and 10% Merlot, the classic Bordeaux blend.
The 1998 seasonn was outstanding with near perfect ripening conditions. The result is a wine of high quality and elegance with tremendous cellaring potential.
Total acid is 5.3 g/L and 12.5% alcohol. This vintage will rank amongst our finest with rich plum, berry and licorice flavours.
The wine spent 22 months in French oak puncheons before bottling in March 2000.

2002 Pipers Creek Shiraz
This is an outstanding cool climate Shiraz with all the pepper and spice flavours that would be expected in such wine. It comes from a fine dry growing year and is intense in color and flavour. Soft tannins make it an lovely food wine that will reward with further cellaring.
13.7% Alcohol per volume.
The wine spent 18 months in French oak puncheons before bottling in October 2004.

A powerful example of our un-wooded Chardonnay with strong fruit aromas of apricot and apple combined with a clean palate without wood influence. It will develop further in the bottle.
